Hypnosis itself reduces anxiety and this is done very simply through relaxation and visualisation, allowing you to focus on the positive aspects of your life that encourage a shift in perspective. It allows the subconscious mind to accept positive suggestion and promote positive change. You remain awake and in full control, however, it’s a really relaxing and enjoyable experience.
